1. About this site

moonst3ad.com (the “Site”) is the community website of the streamer moonst3ad, operated by a private individual based in the Czech Republic (the “Operator”, “we”).

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. Twitch is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Accounts

Your community account uses your public Twitch profile (numeric ID, login, display name and avatar). It is created after you accept these terms on the Site, or after you share your Twitch ID and accept the documents inside the panel. Sharing your ID alone does not create an account. The panel does not require visiting the Site. Your Twitch username appears beside your published lot proposals.

You must comply with Twitch's own Terms of Service, and you are responsible for keeping your Twitch account secure. Anything done on the Site while signed in with your Twitch account is attributed to you.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• post or transmit unlawful, abusive, hateful or harassing content;
• impersonate other people, the Operator or moderators;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or bulk-collect data about other users.

4. Roles and moderation

Site accounts have one of three roles: viewer (default), moderator or admin. Moderator status is granted to moderators of the moonst3ad Twitch channel and can also be assigned or revoked manually by the Operator.

The Operator and moderators may remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Site's design, text and other original content belong to the Operator or its licensors. Game titles, logos and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. St3ad Coins (S3C)

St3ad Coins (S3C) are community loyalty points used on the Site and in the Twitch panel. They have no monetary value and are not money or a payment instrument. Viewers obtain S3C by redeeming Twitch channel points earned through watching and participating on Twitch. The panel itself does not track watch time or automatically convert it into S3C.

Monetary donations do not award S3C. Automatic and manual donation-based credits have been discontinued. Previously credited balances are retained as a historical balance, not an entitlement to future credits. S3C cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or anything of monetary value, withdrawn or transferred between accounts.

The channel reward specifies the exchange cost; community bonuses may affect the S3C credited. S3C may also change through refunds and administrative corrections. Spending S3C is final except for explicit refunds, including removal of an auction lot. No outcome creates a monetary claim. The Operator may change the mechanics or correct errors and abuse.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is a free community project provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, nor for third-party services the Site links to or integrates with (Twitch, DonationAlerts and others). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Czech courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version is identified by the version date at the top of this page; the current version is presented for consent every time you sign in. If you do not agree with an updated version, do not sign in again and contact us to delete your account.
