Terms of Use

1. About this site

moonst3ad.com (the “Site”) is the community website of the streamer moonst3ad, operated by a private individual based in the Czech Republic (the “Operator”, “we”).

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. Twitch is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Accounts

You can only sign in with a Twitch account. There is no separate registration: your Site account is created automatically the first time you sign in, using your public Twitch profile (numeric ID, login, display name, avatar).

You must comply with Twitch's own Terms of Service, and you are responsible for keeping your Twitch account secure. Anything done on the Site while signed in with your Twitch account is attributed to you.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• post or transmit unlawful, abusive, hateful or harassing content;
• impersonate other people, the Operator or moderators;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or bulk-collect data about other users.

4. Roles and moderation

Site accounts have one of three roles: viewer (default), moderator or admin. Moderator status is granted to moderators of the moonst3ad Twitch channel and can also be assigned or revoked manually by the Operator.

The Operator and moderators may remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Site's design, text and other original content belong to the Operator or its licensors. Game titles, logos and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. St3ad Coins (S3C)

The Site features a virtual community currency called St3ad Coins (“S3C”). S3C are loyalty points: they have no monetary value, are not electronic money, a payment instrument or property, and exist purely for entertainment within the Site.

S3C cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or anything of monetary value, withdrawn, transferred between accounts or refunded. Where S3C are granted as a thank-you for supporting the channel (for example, after a voluntary donation processed by a third-party service), the payment itself is a gratuitous contribution to the channel — not a purchase of goods or services — and the associated S3C accrual remains a discretionary bonus with no monetary value.

S3C can be earned for free through activity on Twitch (for example, channel-point redemptions). Spending S3C on community features (such as community auctions or predictions) is final and creates no monetary claim, regardless of outcome. The Operator may change S3C accrual rules, balances and mechanics, or discontinue S3C entirely, at any time — including correcting balances resulting from errors or abuse.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is a free community project provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, nor for third-party services the Site links to or integrates with (Twitch, DonationAlerts and others). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Czech courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version is identified by the version date at the top of this page; the current version is presented for consent every time you sign in. If you do not agree with an updated version, do not sign in again and contact us to delete your account.
